Greggory D. Groves is the managing member of Lowther Johnson Attorneys
at Law, LLC. Mr. Groves graduated from Southwest Missouri State
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational
Communications. While at SMSU, Mr. Groves was a member of a
debate team that placed 4th in the Nation out of over 260
teams. Mr. Groves obtained his law degree from the
University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. While obtaining
his law degree, Mr. Groves was a note and comment editor for the
University of Missouri-Columbia Law Review. Mr. Groves is an
active member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar, and
the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, as well as the Camber of
Commerce. Mr. Groves is admitted to practice in Missouri and
before the United States District Court’s for Missouri and the 8th
Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Groves has appeared on behalf of individuals who have suffered
catastrophic injuries in Federal and State Courts. In addition to
his personal injury practice, Mr. Groves has represented hundreds of
employees who have suffered on-the-job injuries. He has also
represented the families of those who have suffered from the wrongful
death of a loved one. Mr. Groves has served on the adjunct
faculty of the Southwest Missouri State University and is currently the
host of “Law Talk” a weekly radio program addressing legal issues on
KWTO-560AM.
Randy J. Reichard received his law degree from the University of
Missouri-Columbia in 1995 and his undergraduate degree in Finance and
Banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1991. While
in law school, Mr. Reichard served as a member of the Missouri Law
Review. He began working for the firm as an associate upon
graduation from law school in 1995 and became a member in January of
2000.
Mr. Reichard’s practice is concentrated in the areas of general civil
litigation, personal injury, wrongful death and workers’
compensation. Mr. Reichard is licensed to practice in the U.S.
District Court for the Western District of Missouri, as well as all
Missouri State Courts. He has argued before the Missouri Supreme
Court and the Missouri Court of Appeals-Southern District. Mr.
Reichard is a member of The Missouri Bar, Springfield Metropolitan Bar
Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
